Victoria is an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and an Internal Family Systems therapist. She works with couples and individuals and specialises in sex and relationships therapy.
From Victoria:
I love working with individuals and couples to explore the range of challenges people experience concerning sex and relationships. I see clients of all genders and sexual orientations, including LGBTQAI+ and queer-identifying clients. I work with clients in diverse sexual and romantic relationships, including those practising consensual non-monogamy and kink.
I aim to provide a safe and respectful space where you can feel seen, heard and validated.
When exploring challenges around sex and relationships, I will help you to understand the impact of early relationships, attachment, and other trauma. I will support you in gently unpicking complex relationship dynamics and lovingly meeting the parts of you that feel hurt and ashamed.
I integrate psychodynamic, person-centred and Internal Family systems therapy. I am accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have an advanced accreditation as a Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversities Therapist, awarded by Pink Therapy.
I have worked in the field of sex and relationships for over 15 years, in service delivery and management roles, in the voluntary and private sectors and in the NHS. I design resources and deliver training using the Internal Family Systems framework to work with issues around sex and sexuality.
