I have offered private Systemic Psychotherapy for the last five years while still holding various positions within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service within multicultural boroughs of London. I have worked with individuals, couples and families with a range of presenting problems that include emotional and behavioural problems such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD and substance / alcohol misuse. I also have a good knowledge of working within the educational system and supporting families around school refusal and other issues that affect young people such as depression, conduct disorder, neurodevelopmental issues, self-harm and trauma.
