From Emma:

Whatever difficulties you find yourself facing, talking to someone may help. Whether it is the past, present or the future, I hope to offer a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore what’s going on for you.

I work to understand what it’s like to be in your unique situation and how you exist within it, seeking to open up new possibilities for living, with the hope that your life becomes more fulfilling and satisfying.  I believe there is no easy and simple solution that can work for everyone, so I aim to make you feel supported and heard by combining warmth, empathy, challenge and curiosity to deepen your understanding of yourself, in the hope that this brings clarity.

I work with (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, stuckness, issues with drugs and alcohol, relationship difficulties, sexuality, sex, self-worth, existential concerns, identity, isolation, loss and grief.
