Charlotte is an Integrative Therapist working 1 to 1 with adults.
From Charlotte:
As a therapist, my primary focus is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. I aim to empower you to better understand your unique experiences and take an active role in shaping your life. Rather than offering direct advice, I work with you to cultivate a deeper sense of autonomy, helping you connect with your inner strength and trust in your own abilities. My goal is to help you untangle any emotional knots that may be holding you back, enabling you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of methods, including psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive techniques, all tailored to meet your individual needs. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a key element in the healing process, offering a space to explore how you connect with others and yourself. Together, we will build a strong and collaborative partnership, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, foster personal growth, and work toward achieving your goals.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for professional practice.
