I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. Common issues include anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, disordered eating, low mood, and concerns around identity and belonging.
Whether you're dealing with stress from everyday life or navigating more complex emotional difficulties, I'm here to support you. Our sessions are collaborative and flexible. While we primarily engage in conversation, we may also incorporate techniques like breath-work, visualization, or creative exercises, depending on what feels right for you.
I offer both short-term, focused therapy and longer-term, in-depth support. I am trained at Psychosynthesis Trust and Re-Vision, and I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Black, African, and Asian Therapy Network.
